Gift Voucher Refund
Hi,
If someone orders a gift voucher and then calls and asks for a refund there doesn't seem to be any way of cancelling this order or of preventing them from sending it to another party.
I suppose it's unlikely, and it could be a case where the terms state that gift vouchers are non-refundable, however I would have thought there would be a way of cancelling a gift voucher order and it's related database entry without accessing the database directly.
Am I missing something?
