Does anyone here happen to use siteground hosting?

I am using siteground as my host, and need help with the cpanel and zen-cart, if anyone has any experience and can help any please let me know

I cannot find where to go in and configure my files. I used fantastico to get zen-cart onto my site, and can use the default settings but I cannot locate the files to go in a customize the cart. For example I want to go in an take the "congratulations you have installed zen-cart" off of the home page however I cannot find the file include_languages_english or any files for that matter. I have a Mysql database already setup, and cannot locate the files. I have tried to build the site off line and FTP it to my site however I cannot get anything to work there either.
