Problem Adding a New Page to Sidebox/Information

I've been trying to add a new page (tentatively titled About Us) to the sidebox for hours now. I followed the directions given on a tutorial and have the page there but now every category in the sidebox is titled About Us. Also, the About us wording in the sidebox only shows up correctly on the about us page. On all other sidebox pages (for instance, contact us), it shows up incorrecty.

I have been working on this for hours and I"m so frustrated. I've added, then deleted everything, then added again. If any of you can provide some insight or suggestions, or if you know of a way to add a new page to the sidebox information, please help! :frusty:

Thanks, I did use the one , the About Us Page, yet kept having the same issue. Somehow I have fixed it :D Now I want to change the title About Us to Policies. If anyone knows a way I can do that without messing it all up, can you share please LOL! I'm so afraid to go in and mess with it now because each time i do something goes all wakcy :censored:
