tpl_tabular_display layout change? (products_new)

Hello,

I like the layout of the tpl_products_new_default and I want the layout of the tabular display in exactly the same way.

Is there an easy way to achieve this ?

And do you recommend to use the Grid/ Columnar Listing addon ?

Thanks for any input, it's appreciated!
