Can't get into Admin with my new install

I have just installed zencart, and have gone through all the relevant steps, but when I tried to log into the zen admin, and it kept saying "You entered the wrong username or password" I know they were right, and checked in mysql, and they were the same.

So I followed the FAQ link https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=2 and following the instructions to a 't' and I still can not log in. I have tried the resend password bit, but it keeps telling me that the email address is invalid, but I know it isnt, it is the same in the sql part too.

I am totally stumped and have searched everywhere for an answer, but desperately need to log into my admin, and dont know what else to do.

When you did the install, did it give you any warnings on the System Inspection page?
Do you have any firewall software installed?
Do you have any cookie-blocking software installed?
Does this happen on all browsers, or just one particular one?

Is it saying "invalid password" or is it just going back to login as if you never did a login?
