Is there Shipping Estimator func. there in Zencart

if yes then How to install - enable it

A shipping estimator comes built in with Zen Cart. It is on by default during the shopping cart portion of the checkout.

You have the option of either having the user click a button to get the shipping estimate, or have the actual estimates show directly on the shopping cart page.

This is done from the admin by going to:
Configuration > Shipping / Packaging > Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart
