links disappear when clicking back on IE browser

Links in my information box are disappearing when you are viewing in IE, then click the back browswer button. Any ideas? Can't find this topic anywhere

someone mentioned peekaboo bug to me-makes sense. just wanted to update. no idea if this is the case, though I saw something in the CSS about this though.
