Can't get product quantity to not show

My product pages are showing the quantity in stock. I set "Display Product Quantity" on the product listing config page to 0 thinking that would turn it off. It doesn't. How do I make that disappear?

While you turned off the product quantity on the product listing, the stock is still showing elsewhere are there are additional options available to enable or disable ...

Product Listing - Configuration ... Product Listing ...

Featured Listing - Configuration ... Featured Listing ...

All Listing - Configuration ... All Listing ...

Product Info (per Product Type) - Catalog ... Product Type ... EDIT LAYOUT

In theory, but I still haven't found the place to turn it off on the product page. Where is that? I think I turned that off in every instance that I could find and it's still there. If I want to turn off weight or stock, I'd prefer to be able to go to a general settings page and turn it off there instead of hunting around, page after page.

It would be helpful to have those config links defined somewhere. What's "Page listing" for example? And what is "All listing"? It takes trial and error to figure these out. It's not as user friendly as one might think.

Anyway, if someone could point me to the config link to turn off the stock on the product page whatever that is called, I'd be most grateful. You'd think it would be on the product info page, but it's not. Thanks.

You might peek in the Catalog ... Product Types ... and select the Product Type that you are using and hit the EDIT LAYOUT button to make the change on the product _info page ...

These are customizable by Product Type for greater detail ... :smile:
