Additional Images not showing

Hi,

Not sure since when, but additional images have stopped showing. I've ImageHandler2 and Lightbox module installed.

What did I do wrong?

Well, I think its an ImageHandler2 bug mentioned here.

I'll try to reinstall ImageHandler and post an update if it works.

Update: Admin > Tools > Image Handler > Admin > Install seems to have restored my ImageHandler module, but additional images still not showing.

Any ideas?

Been 2 days, still stuck on this. Additional images do show up on some products, like the "Speed" dvd movie sample, but not the ones I create myself.

Any ideas anyone?

How are you uploading images?
Are you the correct IH image naming scheme for additional images?

Image names as follows:

charles_harper-ford-times-1 (main image)
charles_harper-ford-times-1_01 (additional 1)
charles_harper-ford-times-1_02 (additional 2)

etc..

Also are you adding the additional images to the same folder as the main image?

Created another product and added images with the following names:

letter-a
letter-a_01
letter-a_02
letter-a_03
etc..

..still no luck.

To the same folder? Hmm..I use ImageHandler to add images, not sure where it strores the images.

Do you have "Show Product Additional Images" enabled under product type?
Adim--> Catalog-->Product Types, select product type--> Edit layout.

I have the same problem and if anyone could help I would be eternally grateful. Been on a week now and used every bit of advice I have found on Google and these forums to no avail! I am running IM2 and Hoverbox 2. I have also used a combination of IM2 and Lightbox to no avail. Also used either one of them on there own without IM2 and also tried with none of the above installed at all. I am using the Mistik template but have also tried with the Classic ALSO with no luck. It is literally doing my head in :cry:

Version: 2.0 (Downloaded just a few days back)

From Zen-Cart downloads?

I'm thinking that there is a problem with the latest version of IH.

I'm using Version: 2.0 v0916 that is dated Sep 16 2006.
It works just great with my 1.3.7 Zen-Cart.

Maybe try the older version?

Have you tried switching to the classic template?

A lot of things (files/css/images) changed since it stopped working, but last I remember was zenlightbox installed.

I'm testing on both, localhost and remote server.

Additional Images display fine on classic template.

(Yep, I've run out of ideas myself. ;-))
