Product Download Issues (cell phone downloads)

Ok I followed the steps I found by turning off the redirect, however the downloads are cell phone games and when you download the game it comes out as an index.php. I would like to set it up so the email link is a direct link to the download. Is this possible? First these are my own servers, If there is a guru who can help me I would more than happily trade you some hosting services ( I am a partner at a data center) I just want to get this working without having to spend alot of money. So any ideas or offers of help would be greatly welcome

ok im selling cellular downloads, when someone clicks on the download button from cell they get a download of the index.php and not the actual download. I have redirect disabled as it kept giving a 500 error, from pc it works fine. Anyone out there who can help?
