Repeating Catagories

For My Store, I Have Say, Chevrolet Parts, As A Catagory And Then Camaro > Brake Parts> Brake Lines Etc....

I Would Like To Set Up Next , Say,** Ford ** Parts And Then Repeat All The Subcatagories I Just Listed Above After Camaro And Apply Them After The Ford Parts..

Is There Any Way I Can Just Apply Those Following Subcatagories To The Ford Part Catagory Without Retyping And Creating All Of The Sub Catagories One By One..?
