How Do I change the Sold Out Image

I would like to know where to find the sold out image in my zencart. I would like to replace it with a image that says unavailable. Are you able to point me in the direction on where to find that section in my FTP. I have searched and I just need a little help where to find it.

When I look for images, I click right on it and hit properties to see where the heck I hid the little fellow ... :smile:
