My stylesheet wont show changes

i started a thread in another section about my logo, after tying some of the suggestions its clear my stylesheet dosent carry out any of the changes i make.

for example the main wrapper is set at 100% fill which is what i change it too, now if i try to change it to 80% it stays at 100%

It wont let me adjust my tagline colour its set for #ffffff and it displays it as black.

it wont let me display my header image, the path is correct and everything but it wont display it, instead it just leaves it blank.

Dont understand why the stylesheet isnt making these changes ??

ignore this, its because i made a backup stylesheet2.css and it was overwiting the changes on stylesheet.css

i thought it wouldnt matter because they were named different but it apparently does.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets which means any and all available css files will be used. To prevent this, give the files a different extension... like stylesheet.css.old.
