Need help locating a file

I am trying to take off the part on the home page that say welcome guest, would you like to log yourself in. I know I have seen a reference to the file on one of the forums or the FAQ's but I absolutly cannot locate it this time please help.

Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in?

To turn off/on use:
Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Customer Greeting - Show on Index Page [on = 1 / off = 0]
