Can't make Right Sideboxes appear - Newbie

Hi Folks, my first question here, please bear with me if it's obvious but I have had a good look through and can't find an answer. I have added a manufacturers side box and want it to display in the right column and not the left. I have set global to 1 for both left and right and tried to set the column width for both to 150 (originallyright was set to 0). Still I can't get anything at all over to the right column. This has only happenned since I changed hosts, I had a right column at one point on a previous host. One of the notes says that the page may override the global settings but i do not understand what this means. Can anybody help?

I have worked this out now - I did not reaise there was a manufacturers info button as well as a manufacturers button. I have now got this working.:D
