Product Name Naximum # of Characters

I searched this site, but couldn't find an answer.

Is there a simple means of changing the maximum number of characters that a product name may have?

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading through it all, I must admit I am unsure as to whether I must change both the database AND the admin\categories.php file.

please advise!
