why not just enter the code onto the homepage to extract it all?
there is a cupple o things you need a general brushup to do that.
you can obtain the MYSQL result of the query by echoing it in php.
this is already ready to be setup on a new database if done right.
the commands for mysql are
"select * from * "
the real problem is that EVEN to do that you need database password and location.
the host is localhost fopr sure, but you still need to crank something up for it in some way.
it would really help if you had access to some php files and a way to upload them. which you could ask the host to put up for you.
afterall the domain is registered to YOUR email right?
run a whois on the server, see if you can find out the hosing company for it. it will most likely give you a number to cantact.
as far as the "webmaster" goes, you can actually sue him in a smallclaims court if this is really the situation.
you paid him for a service he did not provide, and on top of that he stole your work. a judge will not see kindly to that, solong as you did not pay the guy in cash.
