Order history page missing

I have Zen Cart 1.3.7.1 and super order 2.0, Ty Package Tracker, paypal express and google checkout installed.

I am having two problems in displaying order history in "My account" area:

I placed several test orders using a test account, 1 with zen cart checkout and 2 with google checkout. I can see these orders in Admin under customers Orders and Super orders, but when I logged into My Account, I only can see 1 order listed, which was placed via Zen Cart checkout. Google orders are not displayed. However, if I use Google checkout to place a new order, and click on the "go back to store" link on final Google checkout page, which is set to go back to customer account page, I then can see the list of orders via GCO, but not the one via zen cart checkout.

The second problem is when I click on the "show all orders" link in MY Account, I got "Page Not Found" error. This link is pointing to the url below:
