adding a link to shopping cart

Hello,

I would like to add a link to the shopping cart in my navigation header but I don't know which shopping cart file is the correct one. I want my customer to be able to click on the header link to veiw thier cart anytime they need to.

Which is the correct php file?

admin -> tools -> layout boxes controller -> sideboxes/shopping_cart.php

From the name, this will obviously turn it on in the sidebox, but it'll amount to the same thing.
