Color of Category Names Text on Main Index Page

I cannot figure out how to change the color of the main categories text links on the index page, they appear in bright green when I would like them to appear blue. Please see below:

Hi,

In your stylesheet you need to change...

a.category-top, a.category-top:visited {color:#008000;text-decoration:none;}

..set the color to #000080 or whatever colour you prefer.
