cant get shipping to work!! HELP

i cant seem to get my shipping moduals to work for some reason.

they are all showing up as orange and when i got to check out i get the message

Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

what am i doing wrong. its working on all the moduals.

can someone point me to the tutorial for setting up zone and regions and moduals. i had a look in the tutorials but i cant find any support.

have you made sure to have added your country and postal code in Configuration>Shipping/Packaging?

What shipping methods are you using?

The yellow icon means either that you are missing a setting or that you have a Zone or condition set on the module ... as in it is filtered ...

yeah i got postcade etc in there, what setting do i need to set for a uk store that posts to uk only??

can someone give me a check list to work though to make sure everything is set please.
