Images not loading on customer's computer; can someone please check my site for me?

Hello Zen Cart users:

I just received a call from a customer who told me that she has been trying to access our site for the last 2 days but none of the images will load. She can log in, see the text, but just can't see any images. She placed an order a little over 2 weeks ago, and the images obviously loaded fine for her then because she is trying to order something now that she saw last time. The images load fine from my computer now, so does anyone know what could be going on?

I've emailed her to ask which browser she uses and to suggest cleaning her cache, and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime, can someone please try to go to my website and see if the images load on your computer?

My site is: http://frangadesigns.com

I don't know if this is SSL related or not, so if you want to try logging-in, you can use the following test account:
email: [email protected]
password: test

(This is a fake email address and the account is set to "browse but not buy".)

Image-relevant contributions I have installed on my cart are: Image Handler 2 and Bestsellers with Images (I've had them for at least 6 months and have had no problems).

I would really appreciate any advice on this. Thank you in advance.
Aubrey

Images show just fine. Did she block images in her browser? Do other people have the problem? I doubt. Everything looks fine to me....

Don't know off hand where the settings are for blocking images in IE. Maybe suggest to her to download firefox and see if images show? Ask her if she changed any ie settings recently.

Live and learn... the Zen way.

You've got a lot of hard-coded links to http:// addresses on the site, and they are getting blocked on https:// pages.

Thanks Dr. Byte, I have suggested Firefox to my customer and asked her about the browser settings. I'll ask her about blocking images.

And thanks for the link to the tutorial, that will save me a lot of time. I didn't know about hard-coded links before when I first started working on the site and I had been going through each page I had edited to weed them out. Don't know why I didn't think to check "view source" which I do use for everything else.:lamo:

Thanks a bunch!

OPTIMIZE!!! http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/wso.php?url=http://frangadesigns.com/

If she's on a dial up it would take forever to download your site.

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
