Merchant Anywhere Payment Module Revised for Zencart 1.3.7 and Newer

Attached is the newly written Merchant Anywhere Payment module for Zencart versions 1.3.7 and newer (currently 1.3.7.1).

Changes in Zencart as of 1.3.7 made it incompatible with the prior payment module necessitating the rewrite.

There is an additional post in this forum with a revised module for 1.3.6 and prior versions.

MODERATOR NOTE: Attachment removed in favor of the download link in the next post.

It would be more appropriate to post this to the Downloads area. See the "downloads" link at the top of this page.

Re: Merchant Anywhere Payment Module Revised for Zencart 1.3.7 and Newer

I did make submissions for the Download Payment Modules which will hopefully be reviewed and approved in the next few days, but also wanted to place a notification here since the existing module had a significant bug requiring revision and it would not work with 1.3.7 requiring a rewrite.

Re: Merchant Anywhere Payment Module Revised for Zencart 1.3.7 and Newer

12/04/2007 - Version 2 Updated to resolve an issue where on a high volume site, two or more orders could potentially be submitted at the same time resulting in them using the same expected order id for the transaction Reference ID. In order to cross reference the order to the transaction, a comment is now added to the order history containing the authorization code and transaction ID. This data is also included in the administrator order confirmation email. The Reference ID is still set to the anticipated order ID as a quick reference, but may be incorrect if you have a busy site where potentially multiple orders may be submitted at the same time. When in doubt, rely on matching the transaction ID in the order to the transaction ID in the transaction report.

This update has been placed under the Downloads Payment Modules:
