language support for "tax description"?

I'm using ZC 1.3.7.

It seems like there's no multi language support for the tax description? I change to the desired language in backend but still only shows one language. Or am I missing something? Thanks.

There are certain things that are configured through the Admin and stored in the Database that are not yet multi-lingual.
