Catalog only no payment

I want my site to be catalog only for the time being. That is I want to launch my products but my payment gateway is not in place yet.
I want that users are able to iew the products atleast. They can call if orders are to be placed.

I remember seeing a setting in admin panel for catalog or sthng like that.
Can't remember where!!

Peek in the Configuration ... My Store ...

Store Status
What is your Store Status
0= Normal Store
1= Showcase no prices
2= Showcase with prices
