how do i remove 'home - log in' header?

I would also like to remove the Log In header at the top because I am using Google Checkout and I don't want to have a Log In to Zen Cart and one for Google checkout. Where can I remove this. The website is www.desertskyink.net. Thx.

Maybe I should have explained this better. How do I remove ONLY the Log In/Home TEXT from the Header bar, not the ENTIRE Header bar? I removed the Checkout TEXT a couple months ago, but can't remember where I did this. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Use the same method as described in post 15, and also apply it to the Login <li> code.

I could have sworn that I did this in a header.php file somewhere when I removed the 'Checkout' text. Check out post 94664. Thx. There is not a switch in admin to remove the header navbar. You would have to edit /includes/tempates/your_template/common/tpl_header.php.

You should think carefully before you try this - there are links that appear when appropriate in that bar like My Account, Shopping Cart, Checkout. Don't eliminate that without providing the links somewhere else easy to use.

I have almost the same problem as I deleted the logo from my header but I still getting the image holder with the X sign in! how can I get rid of that though?

You didn't delete the logo from your header, you deleted the logo image that the header uses. It is still looking for the image, which is why you get the red x.

You will want to edit /includes/templates/your_template/common/tpl_header.php as described above to comment out the logo ("branding") section.
