place order make payment - then error message!

Hi All,

Hope that someone is going to able to give me a solution to my problem...

I have set up a store and am using the credit card payment modul from the downloads area of this site - the module is for the spanish bank la caixa - I got it all working okay bar one thing.

The user add product to basket - logs in/registers chooses payment/shipping options - confirms the order and goes to the online portal for La Caixa - enter their details etc...

...but when they click on the final confirm button they go back to the store but I just get an error message and the order is not placed or payment processed - just an error message :(

anyone experienced this before? is it a fault of mine/ZC or is it the return function from the card processing area?

Really want to get this sorted out and would welcome any help from those in the know!

...sussed it!!!! so will share with anyone else who comes across this :yes:

all I did was to change the lines 69 to 72 in caixa_sermepa_process.php from:

	require(DIR_WS_MODULES . 'require_languages.php');
    require('admin/includes/languages/spanish/orders.php');
    require('includes/languages/spanish/checkout_process.php');
	require('gestionadministrativa/includes/languages/english/orders.php');
    require('admin/languages/english/checkout_process.php');

to

	require(DIR_WS_MODULES . 'require_languages.php');
    require('admin/includes/languages/spanish/orders.php');
    require('includes/languages/spanish/checkout_process.php');
	require('admin/includes/languages/english/orders.php');
    require('includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php');

I can't guarantee that it will work for everyone but it did the trick for me :clap::clap::clap:
