Add new "group" to center column

At the site https://www.mythicyoga.com/store, I have the featured products showing on the main page.

Beneath that it says upcoming products with the listing of the one product upcoming. I need to change the upcoming products heading to look like featured products and then have the full listing of the product like in featured products, rather than a text listing.

Beneath that I need to add another group that will feature just one category - online training.

All three of these should look similar to the featured products listings.

Any idea how to proceed?

I think what I want to do as step one is get the upcoming products section to resemble the Featured Products section. I tried modifying tpl_modules_upcoming_products.php in my custom template/templates folder but that didn't work right. I think that's file I need to modify but I'm not sure what modifications to make.

I'd sure appreciate some help on this.
