Multiple Images Not Working

I'm trying to get multiple images to show on products on my site, and although I've searched these forums for answers and I've done everything I've seen to do, I still have not been able to resolve the issue.

I've even tried using Image Handler 2. I've loaded multiple images into the admin, and they show there correctly, but I'm not able to see them on the page. Is something wrong with my template? I compared it to the default, and I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.

Here's an item that has multiple images loaded but they aren't displayed:
http://www.lisasdesigns.net/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=63&zenid=4cc4ca5bf45f9eeca2f6b22cf7288618

Thanks in advance for your assistance. I've found these forums to be very helpful, and I'm thankful for the time that's been invested here.

Re: Multiple Images Not Working

First of all, Very cute site!

Second How are you naming the images?

I think you have to name them like this.

bluedog-01.jpg
bluedog-02.jpg

Third; you need more light for your photos. Now that third suggestion won't make both of them show up in zen cart at the same time, but it will make them brighter and more enticing.

Just put some more lamps in the room next to the table your using for your photo stand. Also, some white background paper, or even butcher paper under the item will help brighten the picture.

Re: Multiple Images Not Working

I'm using the format described in various places (see https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=58) of using the underscore and then a number. Image Handler generates that automatically.

About the photos: I'm not the person who took the photos. I built the site for a customer, and I've already told them that they need to use more light - especially natural light in their photos. Fortunately, most the image on the site are not photos.
