Paypalwpp with Intl order wrong shipping module used
Hello,
I (in US) had a customer purchase from Canada using paypalwpp. I noticed in the order information that they were charged the US shipping rate instead of the Canada shipping rate. When I run through a normal (non paypalwpp) order I see the correct shipping rates but it appears this may be happening only with paypalwpp. The Shipping Zone in the module that was used to calculate shipping was "United States". Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
