UPS shipping module not working

I have install the UPS shipping module, but when i test my products weight for shipping.....its all wrong. When i list a new product and put the weight on the bottom of the list it wont be accurate.
example.... a processor weights 2lbs and it shows like 9lbs.

am i doing something wrong

What are the Tare settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Well ... that is saying that your box and bubble wrap needs to have 3lbs added for each box ...

If you do not want to use that set it to read:
0:0

Note: there is also one for large packages as well ... :smile:
