Please help with USPS

I'm trying to setup my shipping and would like to use USPS. However, the rate for USPS does not change no matter where in the county you say you are. I guess I'm not doing something right... don't know. I would be glad to offer more information but I don't know what is needed for this request. Will gladly send more info if required.

Depends on weight ... for example up to 1lb is the same across the board ...

Thanks for the information. I tried a product that was 10 pounds and the prices DID change between one location and another. Thanks for the Tip (and link). I was beginning that either the mod was broke or I was going crazy (smile).
