First Time Setup for an Online Bakery

I have read countless posts but may have missed a previous disscusion.

As stated in the title I want to establish an online bakery and organize the categories, products and attributes. I have made several paper layouts and thought some of the experienced zenners may be able to help.

So far I have the following....

Category
baked goods

Product
Madeleines (cookies)

Packaging
box
tin
basket

Flavours
one
two
three
four
five
assortment of the above

Size
1 dozen
2 dozen

I only have baked goods so I don't need a category. How to organize to eliminate this layer?

The customer will not select individual Madelines but they will pick a package (box, tin or basket) then a flavour (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, assortment) then the size (1 dozen or 2 dozen). So I think the product will be madeleines and all the other choices are attributes?

Now for how I want to display my shop. The home page will show an individual pic for each of the three options for packages. The links will go to a respective page where the customer can then choose the flavour and the size.

I will also add cost as an attribute for each combination and add that choice to the home page (under $25, $25 to $35, etc).

thx for any comments
Sweet
