uploading products

I have in excess of 2,000 products. Can I upload them via a csv or excell spreadsheet or do I have to upload them manually?

Also, is there any better support for this product?

Re: uploading products

Hello try this link for uploads:

http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=460

As far as support you can buy the book but the forum is great as they work realy hard to help with issues,
