How to configure payment modules

In my admin panel, I clicked the Install button for the PayPal modules, but it still says Not Configured Yet. How do I completely install and configure the payment modules?

Before I try doing that, what's the difference between both authorize.net options (aim and sim)?

You might want to go to this link:

and get an account with AuthorizeNet ...

AIM is the better choice and more secure than SIM ...
