Help with USPS

Hi everyone,

Here is what's going on. I want to eliminate the pulldowns for countries when someone is not logged in. If someone is not logged in and they go to checkout, there is a pulldown that allows them to select country, state, and zip. Is there a way that I can keep that from showing? We are only shipping to the US and don't want the customer to be able to enter international information.

Through some more searching I have found out that the only way to get rid of the "country" lookup is to manually remove countries from the database. Not a good option... will keep looking for another answer. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
