So this is not an upgrade. I've read about people importing/exporting/upgrading to newer versions and getting this. I understand the error means that the user ids are not auto incrementing, i believe. with phpbb3 i know it automatically has 50 some bots registered as bots and I;m not sure if prior versions of phpbb do the same so i don't know if thats any bit helpful.
