Re: how do i change the product title 'model' to something esle?

To change any text that appears on your site, you can use the Developers Toolkit in admin > Tools. Paste the text in the lower left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the language file where the text is defined, like this:

/includes/languages/english.php

Line #576 : define('TEXT_INFO_SORT_BY_PRODUCTS_MODEL', 'Model');

For a more focused search for defines, you can use the top left box and select All Main Language Files - Catalog.

Save the edited file as /includes/languages/your_template/english.php, or edit that copy if you already have one.
