Host Stream Error & Security Warnings

Hi all,

A customer recently emailed to say that she has unsuccessfully tried to purchase an item from my store with two separate credit cards known to be working...

Below is some text copied from the email I received (as store owner), generated by Zen Cart. I'm not sure what "Host Stream Error" means...can anyone share any ideas?

Also, some users are reporting encryption errors when accessing the storefront https://www.homageclothing.com/store. Some users have no issues while others (mainly PC users I think) are getting error messages. Any ideas on this one?
