Help with header and footer font and color size

i am trying to do the following things with my header and footer and i need someone to give me some step by step procedures because I cant seem to figure it out on my own.

1. I need to change the font on my header and footer to Tekton Pro Cond.

2. I need my zencart to look the same as my home page. https://www.studiofrenzy.com and my zencart at https://www.studiofrenzy.com/ZenCart
   I need to know how to add the line below my header that is in pink that states
   My Account Shopping Cart Check Out. I dont know how to put it on a different line and the add the links.

3. I need to know how to change the size of the text on the footer. I can't seem to change HOME SHOPPE OR CONTACT US. Below is the codes. I can chnage everything but the above listed. I have tried to do it the same way as teh others but it just doesnt work.

1. use the style sheet to modify this section. When multiple styles exist the last one overrides any previous set values.

2. Insert a < /br> in your code after the image to insert a break. Or you could use a table 5 (or how ever many buttons) columns by 2 rows. Merge the top rows together and insert your image in the top. Centered. Then insert the text into the columns below..

3. It looks as if the LI style in the style sheet needs to be set properly.
