Can't find Ebook download link

Hi, I'm new to Zen Cart.

I just bought the ebook, but I have yet to be able to find where I am supposed to download it.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should be using the ebook website's contact-us page for assistance with your purchase there.
Your order confirmation email includes information about downloading.
If you paid by echeck, you will not be able to download until the echeck clears the bank.

Already sent them an email.
No, it doesn't have a link for that. It only has a link to my invoice, and a link to REGISTER the book, not to download it.
Paid by paypal - it should be instant.

Any other thoughts?

Yes, he is. While we, the team, fully endorse both the e-book and the printed book, we don't own them or operate the sites they are sold on. KH is very good about taking care of his customers, but patience is greatly appreciated.
