Why my site is so slowly!

I need help! My site is VERY SLOWLY. It takes minutes to load anythig.
I have contacted to my hosting company but they say that everythig is OK at thier end. Can anybody help me? My site is http://discont.toys-toys.ru

You could try turning on GZip in your Configuration ... GZip ... and see if that helps the speed ...

There isn't anything that I am seeing other than large images to slow down your site so it sounds like it could just be a slow server and you need to speak to your hosting site about this problem ...
