Not sure how I lost ZenCart background

I was uploading an img and placing onto the index page when, while fiddling with it, erased something so the white background turned to sky-blue. I was using the original template ZenCart offered, it matched the company colors. Now the only thing white are certain areas. What do I need to do?

I hope you copied the files you modified into your own directories. That sounds like you changed something in the stylesheet or added an additional stylesheet.
