Installing GoDaddy seal and ssl

I have purchased godaddy website seal and ssl and now would like to know how to use them?

hosting company says i need static ip address before they can install ssl for me..

What about website seal? how to do that?

I just cut and pasted the code into the bottom of my main page. I'm not sure where you want it but that was the easiest place for me.
