PP - IPN - what should 'Set Order Status' set to for immediate download deliverly?

for the download link to be available on the success page. what should the following be set to: im using pp IPN module.

Set Pending Notification Status
Delivered [3]

Set Order Status
Delivered [3]

It has nothing to do with order-status.
You have a communication problem between your server and PayPal, as indicated in your other thread:
