How to create "back to top" in Zencart?

How to create "back to top" in Zencart?

One of my pages gets a bit long therefore I want to create a "back to top" anchor however it doesn't seem to work as it always goes back to the main homepage instead of just going to the top of that specific page? So how do I create it? Here is how I tried to code it.

^^doesn't work for me.....

^^ I followed those links and searches however, when the "back to top" link is clicked, it goes to the top of the first line of text instead of all the way up where it will see the top banner/menu....

minor issue but would like to find out how to do it...
