Testing with sandbox account

Can anybody help me on how to use paypal sandbox account to test my zencart.How can we set Instant Payment Notification Preferences URL and
Automatic Return URL with sandbox???

Go on PAYPAL website in developper section, download "Paypal Sandbox User Guide", is 31 pages document. Easy to use.
