How can I turn on quantity box for all my products?

Somehow, the quantity box is turned off for all my products. It's causing problems with the shopping cart--some sort of warning appears about minimums in the shopping cart. If I turn the quantity box on for a product (with default of 1), then the product can be added to the cart successfully. So I want to turn the quantity box on for all of our products. Right now it is off for all of our products. This warning message appears on the product config/detail page in the admin...

Warning: Does not show Quantity Box, Default to Qty 1

...and the "No, Do not show Quantity Box" is checked.

How can I check the other radio button, "Yes, Show Quantity Box," for all of our products?

...and how did this happen? Because it was working before. Then I uploaded all of our products using Easy Populate, and ever since then I've had this problem.

Please advise. And thank you in advance for any useful information.

I turned all the boxes on by using this query in the tools --> install sql patches

This is the radio button that says "Yes, Show Quantity Box"

UPDATE products SET products_qty_box_status = 1
