Can't get WWW to work

Our security certificate is specified for our https://www.nicebadgeusa.com address, however ZenCart keeps redirecting to the site without the WWW and therefore I am getting a security certificate warning. I have changed the configure.php files to point to https://www.nicebadgeusa.com in both the admin and the other section as was explained in the forums - however it is still doing the same thing. I talked to our hosting company and they said the Certificate was good and that my configure.php files looked correct. Can you think of anywhere else I would need to change this - or anything else that could be causing this redirect problem? Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Re: Can't get WWW to work

I took a look at your site. What pages do you want your SSL to be at. Normaly SSL secure certain pages. Like Customer log-in sign-up, Customer checkout page, and some of the admin pages.

Question do you want the whole site secured?

Re: Can't get WWW to work

Actually https://www.nicebadgeusa.com is just our main site - once people are ready to place an order they will be redirected to https://www.nicebadgeusa.com/cart - this hasn't been linked to our main site yet - but we will be using it. I just need the usual stuff secured - login, payment info etc. not the whole site.

Jason:
When I went to your site the /cart it is protected.
Take a look when you log-in it has the this
https://www/...
the s at the end of the https tell me that your site is protected.
You just don't see the icon lock any more.
