Authorize.net SIM problem--payment page still displays form to enter cc details

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the Zen Cart checkout_payment page. The URL is
http://www.makingitinthecity.com/index.php?main_page=checkout_payment.
I activated authorize.net SIM and notice that the form to enter cc details
is still displayed on the Zen Cart payment page. There's a radio button right
above it labeled "credit card"--and if selected it leads to the hosted authorize.net
payment page. But why is the cc form still on the Zen Cart page and how can I get rid of it?

BTW, I'm using Dr. Byte's updated SIM module.

Did you turn off the "Credit Card" module, since you're not using it?

Did you set the switch in the SIM module settings to use "offsite" processing?

still on. New SIM mod is nice--so far, so good.
